THE STRATEGIC

PLANNING COMMITTEE

The New Creation Christian Fellowship (NCCF) Strategic Planning Committee (SPC) was tasked to develop a 5-Year Strategic Plan to outline the direction, projects, and initiatives for NCCF.

The framework for the Strategic Plan is a road map to guide all New Creation Christian Fellowship ministries and departments to jointly accomplish the mission and achieve the vision of the church.

The Committee is working to establish an effective Structure for the Church; codify Strategic Initiatives; inspire a diverse Culture, implement a culture of effective Communication, execute an enduring Succession Plan, develop a qualitative Capital Improvements plan to sustain the legacy of the church, and develop an unrelenting Evangelism program that sustains Retention.

Committee Members represent a diverse group of ministry leaders, professionals, and educators who have committed to implementation and completion of the strategic plan for New Creation.  Scroll over the picture to learn more about each committee member.
