THE STRATEGIC
PLANNING COMMITTEE
The New Creation Christian Fellowship (NCCF) Strategic Planning Committee (SPC) was tasked to develop a 5-Year Strategic Plan to outline the direction, projects, and initiatives for NCCF.
The framework for the Strategic Plan is a road map to guide all New Creation Christian Fellowship ministries and departments to jointly accomplish the mission and achieve the vision of the church.
The Committee is working to establish an effective Structure for the Church; codify Strategic Initiatives; inspire a diverse Culture, implement a culture of effective Communication, execute an enduring Succession Plan, develop a qualitative Capital Improvements plan to sustain the legacy of the church, and develop an unrelenting Evangelism program that sustains Retention.
Committee Members represent a diverse group of ministry leaders, professionals, and educators who have committed to implementation and completion of the strategic plan for New Creation. Scroll over the picture to learn more about each committee member.

JESSICA BASS
Elder Jessica N. Bass currently serves as Director of Pastoral Care and Counseling at New Creation Christian Fellowship in San Antonio, Texas. She earned a dual Masters degree, one in Divinity from Yale University, with special emphasis in Pastoral Care and Counseling. She brings a wealth of organizational, administrative and analytical skills to any environment she’s in.
Elder Annette Benging works for the Department of Defense as the Senior Product Support Manager and Cyber Strategist and has been serving in this capacity for nearly 30 years. She obtained her Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems, Master’s of Business Administration in Electronic Commerce and is projected to graduate this fall as a Doctoral Candidate in Organizational Leadership.

ANNETTE BENGING
Pamela Boykin is a Senior Risk Insurance Analyst who collaborates with CEOs, executives as primary control lead for the Risk Insurance Management Program. She holds a BS in Education from University of Incarnate Word and BA in Psychology from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga.Pamela’s position as primary control lead to Third Party Administrators for the government whose contract with the government are multimillions knows that a good practice is to develop and maintain good working business relationships.

Elder Marvin Brown currently serves as the Director of Operations for New Creation Christian Fellowship. He has a Bachelor’s of Art in Political Science, a Masters of Arts in Leadership & Management as well as Human Resources, and lastly, a Master’s od Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Elder Brown served 10 years in the Airforce as an operations director and served 10 years as the director of Logistics at USAA.

MARVIN BROWN
Deacon Marc Campbell has been actively serving as a member of New Creation Christian Fellowship since 2004. He has been employed for the past twelve years as the Chief of Operations Officer (COO) Plans and Programs for the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Education and Training (E&T) Directorate, Medical Education and Training Campus (METC) at Fort Sam Houston, Texas.

Reginald Creech is a human Resources Specialist with more than 31 years of federal service, to include 29 years of active duty service as a Senior HR Manager. Elder Creech has a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, and The National Archives Records Administration (NARA) Certification.

Elder Trenda's professional skillset includes: training, facilitation, sales, marketing, budgeting, governance, customer service, third party risk management, and organizational leadership. She has worked in a variety of industries and listed among her previous employers are the Federal Government, Procter & Gamble, Rockwell International, Western Hotels, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.

Noemi Vazquez Hernandez enlisted in the U.S. Army in the Adjutant General Corps as an Administrative Specialist. she earned an Associates of Arts (AA) Degree in General Studies from Elizabethtown Community College. She was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in 2000 in the Signal Corps and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology with a minor in Criminology from Cameron University and a Master of Science Degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Texas State University.

Deacon Leroy Pipersburgh is a program manager for the Federal Government currently working for the Defense Health Agency. He has served nearly 30 years in the military and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Master’s Degree in Emergency and Disaster Management. Deacon Pipersburgh currently serves as the NCCF Emergency Manager.

Elder Regina Pope serves as the Chief Operating Officer at New Creation Christian Fellowship. Her professional career includes over 28 years working with large corporations to provide oversight in various areas to include Strategic Planning, Facility and Real Estate Management and Project Management. Before joining New Creation, she worked for Citibank as Vice President and Quality Manager, for the western half of North America

Sister Darvel Tyler currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Assimilation at New Creation Christian Fellowship and is the owner of LoveSoul Marketing. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Agriculture, Masters of Science in Agriculture and is currently a Doctoral of Ministry Candidate at John Wesley University.
Elder Freddie Waters is a 26 year member at New Creation Christian Fellowship. He has 35+ years of experience in Organizational Restructuring and Health Organization/Business Development. He has a Masters of Business Administration, Masters of Healthcare Administration, Bachelors of Liberal Arts w/ Health Organization Management

FREDDIE WATERS
Deaconess Roslyn West is a retired Air Force veteran with over 20 years of service. Her primary specialty was Security Forces (Red Hat) Combat Arms Instructor augmented by special duty assignments as a Professional Military Education (PME) Instructor, First Sergeant, and Honor Guard Superintendent. She holds dual instructor licenses in Barber & Cosmetology, a Master’s in HR, and a MED in Instructional Leadership.

Grace Williamson is a preliminary educator at IDEA Public schools. She has graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts and a Master’s of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies. Sis Williamson spent much of her collegiate career serving in ministerial background with the IMPACT Movement and she has over 20 years of musical backing as a worship leader.
