To download a permanent copy of the message portion of the service that you want to save, just click on either the Video or the Audio download link and select "Save". You will then be prompted for where on your computer you would like to save the file. Once you select the file location, the download should begin. When you download the audio of a message, you can use Windows Media Player or other software to make an audio CD so you can have a permanent copy and take the message with you.
