Leadership development is for individuals who have expressed a call to ministry or for individuals who have joined the church and held formal licenses or credentials from another church or ministry.

The leadership development team is designed to assist individuals in the area of spiritual formation, further developing their spiritual and motivational gifts for use within the body of Christ.

Ministers, Deacons, Missionaries, and Lay Ministers are areas available to those who desire to fully devote themselves to a particular area of service.
