Counseling Services
New Creation's counseling services fall under the Counseling Ministry. It is designed to be a professional, biblically-based counseling service, set in a safe environment, helping individuals to discover the joy of a healthy relationship first with Jesus Christ and then with others. The counseling philosophy is based upon II Corinthians 5:17 (King James Version):
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creation: old things are passed away; behold all things are become new."
We believe that as people are willing to invest the time and effort necessary, they can acquire the desired change in their lives.
Counselors hold either a regular or intern license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. All professional counselors follow guidelines set by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors. We seek further development through continuing education, supervision, and a committed relationship with the Lord. Outside referrals to rehabilitation centers, testing centers and other mental health professionals can be made through our services.
